The national office of the American Singles Golf Association (ASGA) produces local chapter newsletters.  Inside each newsletter is a list of officers, board members and other important contacts.  It is up to the local chapter to keep ASGA informed of all incoming contacts for the upcoming year as well as any changes that may occur throughout the year.
