We anticipate another great turnout because the hotels have given us a great rate as compared to their online rate, plus, there's simply great interest in this historic town of Savannah, Georgia. ASGA cannot guarantee you a same-gendered roommate and if you're the "odd man or woman out . . . you may end up paying more!

IMPORTANT: We have reserved 35 rooms for our four peak nights (Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed, March 30 - April 3, 2025). You can register at any time, however, when we fill-up the block we have reserved, we will seek to add more rooms, but there is no guarantee rooms will be available as the public will be reserving rooms during this time period as well. So please don't assume you can wait until the last minute to register.

NOTE: Depending on the number of attendees needing transportation at this event, ASGA may book a sprinter or motorcoach to bring members to the three golf courses and/or other places. This will be an additional charge paid by those signing-up for the three trips. We believe we can save you money vs. renting a car. If interested, you'll need to check the box on the online registration form. More on this as we get closer to the event.
UPON ARRIVAL: You may leave your golf clubs in your car if you have one. You may also ask the bell captain if you can leave your clubs at the bell stand storage room (subject to space availability). Or, you can bring them to your room. In any case, be sure to take your clubs with you as you leave to the golf courses. They won't deliver themselves.

HERE ARE YOUR PACKAGE PRICES:
Airfare is NOT INCLUDED in any package. See the "Getting There" link on left for airport information and the hotel address. To get to the hotel, you may have to take an UBER or LYFT or TAXI to get to the hotel unless you rent a car.
Some members may rent a car during their stay at this event. At the registration table, we'll have a "Need-A-Ride / Give-A-Ride" form so you can ask to ride with someone. There are NO GUARANTEES. You may not need a car as there MIGHT be group transportation via sprinter or motor coach for (only) our three main rounds of golf.
We'll also have the FORUM button set-up on this site where you can communicate with other attendees and set-up a ride-share to the airport via taxi or Uber.
All taxes and fees have been included in the above package pricing.
NOTE: ASGA reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary which may be caused by increased or decreased attendance count as long as the change does not reflect any change in value paid by the attendee. For example, if we plan to have dinner at Restaurant X which has a room rental charge but due to a member reduction, our $80 dinner has to be at a different location, or, if we do not meet the minimum requirement for a shotgun start at a course, we may have to switch courses to avoid playing straight tee times which lengthens our time playing golf.
It is our policy to email updates to attendees during and after the registration period. If you do not have email or access to email, we rely on you to stay updated on the event by checking-in with this website from time to time. All emails that update, modify or alter any detail of this event will have links to this page for your later review. ASGA is not responsible if you do not read or receive emails once you're registered. Continue to check back to this site for updates.

We used to call this page the FORUM page but it's essentially a place where attendees can post questions, offers to be a roommate or looking for a roommate, etc. Just click on the link below and post something . . . then keep checking back to see if you have an answer.

Anyone arriving prior to 4pm will be accommodated as soon as possible, but should be advised that there may be a wait. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage with the hotel's front desk staff.
Golf Play Format. We will play our own ball each day using the USGA Rules of Golf.
There is NO TEAM SCORING. Handicaps are not required.
MONDAY, MARCH 31 - SAVANNAH GOLF CLUB
On our first day of package golf, we will play Savannah Golf Club, a private club whose members cannot play this day. We'll have a 10:00 (was 11:30) shotgun start AFTER we take a GROUP PHOTO at 9:45am. Be off the driving range (sorry - driving range is closed due to construction) and wear nice, bright clothing for the best picture.

TUESDAY, APRIL 1 - The Club at Savannah Harbor
On our second day of package golf, we will again play The Club at Savannah Harbor with a 1pm shotgun start.

On our third day of package golf, we will again play The Club at Savannah Harbor with a 9am shotgun start.
OPTIONAL ROUNDS OF GOLF - Since we will play 3 days in a row, optional rounds, the day of arrival or day of departure, are not scheduled for our group. Contact Tom@SinglesGolf.com if you have an interest in playing more golf.
Need-a-Ride? Can you Give-a-Ride?
If you don't have your own car, ASGA will have a "Need-a-Ride / Give-a-Ride" form at the registration table whereby you can set-up a ride to the various courses if you wish.
Note that when you register, you'll be asked if you'll have your car or will rent a car for the event. This gives us some idea of how many cars will be available to (possibly) allow someone to ride with you.
Competition and Prizes. There will be no team competitions for this event. Individual competitions will be the proximity contests, a/k/a closest-to-pin competitions. $100 cash for closest-to-pin winners (2 winners (men/women)) each of our 3 days of golf - six total winners).
Mulligans. More than any past event, mulligans are important if you'd like to win $100.00. Why? On the par-3 competition holes, you'll be allowed to play a second shot to the hole, only if you have purchased mulligans. If you're the closest against all other players, you'll be awarded a Benjamin on our final nights' dinner. Mulligans are $15.00 for 3 mulligans each of 3 play days. Pay for them on your registration form.
Golf Club Storage. You may leave your golf clubs at the bell stand upon arrival but remember to take them with you each day or leave them in your car. Make sure your name is on your golf bag. Also, make sure you have your name on each of your clubs. ASGA provides a set of 14 labels as part of your membership fee. If you don't have your name and contact phone on each of your clubs, go here to order a set. Allow 7-10 days for processing. When you leave the hotel to return home, be sure to remember to pack your clubs!
ASGA or the staff at any of our courses reserve the right to modify the time of play schedule based on the number of players as we get closer to the event. Simply put, if we don't have enough for a shotgun, we do straight tee times or a modified shotgun. For our package rounds at this event, we hope have shotgun starts each day.
If you have a special dietary need, please indicate that on your registration form.*
In all packages, the following will be included:
* Food Allergies and/or Special Dietary Needs: On our first and last nights, if you have a special dietary need, e.g. gluten free, meat free, fat-free, pork-free or a nothing burger, etc., you must notify us at the time you register. Please DO NOT ask right prior to the food function as there will be no time for the kitchen to take care of your needs. There is a place on the online registration form for you to indicate your dietary need. Once we are at a particular venue, it is UP TO YOU to notify the ASGA event leader who you are and that you are a person with the special dietary need. We will not try to find you (thank you!). Because we'll have two different dinner venues, we will have to connect you with the host/hostess each night at that venue.

Cancellation. There is a 25% cancellation fee on or prior to February 28, 2025. Absolutely NO refunds after March 1, 2025. If your plans change, you can sell your position to another member. Please do not ask ASGA to sell your position.
