ASGA Golf Cruise 2023
Departs Sunday, March 26 - Returns Sunday, April 2, 2023
Join us on Celebrity Cruises - Celebrity Reflection
Sailing Roundtrip - Fort Lauderdale to Nassau, Bahamas
+ Ocho Rios, Jamaica + George Town, Grand Cayman + Cozumel, Mexico
Escape the cold – and join us for warm weather on another great Celebrity Cruise! This is a new addition to the ASGA 2023 Calendar. With the sailing around the corner – we worked with Celebrity to combine some different promotions to give us a great value with many extras for ASGA members.
Some of the promotions include: BEVERAGE PACKAGE + PRE-PAID GRATUITIES + ONBOARD CREDIT + WI-FI
If you are already booked – you have a great value! If you are not booked yet – we look forward to having you join us – ask Sue about the best promotions for ASGA members – and we look forward to seeing you at the ASGA Sail Away Party Onboard the Celebrity Reflection on March 26, 2023. Sue's contact information is at the bottom of the flyer below.
NOTE: Since we are so close to sailing, the full payment is due when you book. Sue looks forward to helping you join us, as soon as you are ready.
Sign-up for the cruise only OR cruise + golf!
The Flyer: to view the full itinerary + details, click here, or see the flyer below:
After clicking on the link above, contact Sue Eliasberg to let her know which type of cabin you want and if you have a roommate. Her email address is SusanE@CruiseWeb.com.
NOTE: If you are reading this after December 23 date for final payment, you can still call Sue and she will let you know the options available and help you get the best value available to join us.
Current Promotions - Sign-Up As Early as Possible! As you will see, Celebrity Cruises has some great promotions right now, and we didn't want to miss out on the extra value with the savings + benefits -- As you will see on the flyer -- a Balcony is $1446.13 (per person based on double occupancy) including taxes + fees and Promotions include The Classic Beverage Package + Pre-paid Gratuities + Surf Wi-Fi plus an extra $450 Onboard Credit per Balcony Stateroom.. (see the attached flyer for additional details)
Note: Celebrity Cruises has some promotions that don’t combine with most of the promotions that we have, and you would be missing out on the extra promotions and extra value. So, we have put together promotions to help you get the best value -- and we can customize the options for you if a different option is better for you.
Plan to Arrive a Day Early in case there is some sort of airline or traffic delay and then we will plan to have dinner together on Saturday, March 25th around 7pm, which will be at your own expense. If you are flying into Florida, when you plan your flight home at the end of the cruise, remember to plan a flight AFTER 12 noon. If you decide to stay in Florida for an extra day or two or more after the cruise, you can plan a flight at whatever time is good for you. Remember, on March 26, we want to be at the ship 3-4 hours before sailing.
Cabins: We have a number of cabins for our group, so we can all be together. We selected the Concierge Class Balcony Cabins, which we think most people will enjoy, since you have a cabin with a sliding glass door and balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and we also have inside cabins. If you are interested in another cabin category or promotion, contact Sue Eliasberg, your personal cruise consultant, at 240-485-1102 and she can review all of the details and options with you. You can call 7 days a week at anytime and reach Sue or her voicemail and she will get back to you. Make sure to leave your phone number for her, so she can help you plan the perfect cruise for you.
Cabins can be set up with (2) Separate Beds or (1) Queen Size Bed. If you know who your roommate will be you can indicate that in the e-mail. If you want a room by yourself, the Cabin cost will be higher than the per person rate for double occupancy, as noted on the flyer. Another option -- is that you can book your Cabin as single occupancy now -- and then add a second person later if you have someone you want to share the cabin with you.
We have been working with Celebrity Cruises to get a great value for our group. Sue Eliasberg works with The Cruise Web, and they are one of the oldest and largest cruise companies and they have a Top Account with all the cruise lines, which means they get the best rates. The cruise lines also meets with them and Sue is working with Celebrity Cruises to help our Group. Sue is also a long time member of the Washington, DC chapter of ASGA!
Sue also mentions the following:
1. There is a range of different promotions we can use and the promotions we have combined are at a good rate with extra benefits for a great value and then there are some other promotions Sue can offer depending on what people need. So, we have created the above itinerary-flyer that outlines a suggested package with pricing and benefits, and it says other options are available.
2. Because there are different promotions -- we are asking ASGA members to email Sue (or call 240-485-1102 ) to let her know what they want or to ask about the different promotions to see which option is the best value - based on the cabin chosen.
3. Golf. Sue is still getting everything set for the golf and looking at playing golf in Nassau, Bahamas, Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman.
Sue looks forward to helping everyone get set and get a great value for our ASGA 2023 Golf Cruise. As always, she looks forward to talking to you to be sure we have everything set the way you want it.

Optional Hotel - Day before Departure
We recommend coming into Ft. Lauderdale a day earlier just in case there are any issues encountered.
Details on which hotel we have selected will be posted here soon. Arriving in Ft. Lauderdale a day before the sailing (Saturday, March 25th) is highly recommended.
We will also have a group dinner at a local restaurant on Saturday night (March 25th), the night before our sailing, as an option as well. Details to follow as we get closer to the sailing.

Getting To Celebrity Cruises Cruise Line Departure Area
Plan to arrive a day ahead (Saturday, March 25th). Sue can also help you look at flights with Celebrity.
NOTE: If you are flying, you'll want to fly to Ft. Lauderdale Airport (FLL) since the ship is sailing from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. You can also fly to Miami (MIA) which is 30 miles away from Ft. Lauderdale.
If you choose to meet us at the ship, you'll want to be there 3-4 hours before sailing so that will be 12 noon on Sunday, March 26th.
We'll be booking a hotel for those who wish to come in a day ahead of time (recommended) and from there, we'll likely book transporation to take us to the cruise line departure area. Details to come later.
