The ASGA, its website images and text, all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of the ASGA and may not be used by others without prior written permission of the ASGA. All use thereof inures to the benefit of the ASGA. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited in this website are the property of their respective owners.

Collection and Disclosing Information

The ASGA website has many sections that are open to all users, with no registration required. For these sections, no software tracks e-mail addresses of users. However, the Web server does track domain names for security purposes and for information regarding the nature and extent of the website's usage.

Users are not required to disclose any personal information in order to view the website. The ASGA may gather some personal identifiable information when it is voluntarily submitted by the user. The types of information collected may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, and postal address. This information is used for its intended purpose, and to better serve the users. All personally identifiable information obtained from users is treated with great care in order to protect your privacy and security. The management of the ASGA authorizes only trained and qualified employees to access the information you choose to provide. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We do not currently sell e-mail addresses to any third party.

We also collect information volunteered by users in relation to website registrations. This information is kept confidential by the ASGA and is not used for purposes outside of the intent of registration form.

Some areas of the website are password-protected for specific user such as members of the ASGA. For those areas, the ASGA disseminates the login information to the appropriate individuals.

If you supply us with your postal address, phone number, or e-mail address, you may receive periodic communications from the ASGA via the same medium. The communications will provide information on services available or upcoming events. If you do not want your information to be accessible to other members via our online membership directories, you may check the "unlist" button next to this information in the "update your info" page.

Personal Information Protection

As a user of the website, you are responsible for keeping your password (member number) safe. To do so, the ASGA highly recommends that you do not divulge your ASGA password to anyone for your own protection. If you feel your account access or password has been compromised, please contact the ASGA immediately.

As a user of the ASGA website, you are solely responsible to make sure your personal information is up-to-date and correct. The ASGA is not responsible for any incorrect information entered by a user.

Why Should I Login?

Members: ASGA members have access to a variety of important tools and opportunities, including the online Member Directory, which are not available to non-members. To receive these online benefits you must login to the website.

Edit Login Information

Can't remember your ASGA Username and Password?

·                     Members can change both their Username (for members, this is also known as your 10 digit Member ID - found on your membership card) and Password to something meaningful that you can remember.

·                     To get to the page where you can change your login info, you'll have to login with your current Username and Password one last time. But once you make the change, you're on your way to a more pleasant website experience.  Once you’ve logged in, go to the "update your info" link.  From there, you may type in a new username and password.

Forgot Your Login Info

Use this link to have your login information emailed to you.

When you click the link above, you'll be prompted to enter your email address. The system will verify that your email address matches the address stored in the ASGA database, and, almost immediately (within a few minutes), you'll receive your login information at that email address.
