ASGA Golf Cruise 2020

Departs Saturday, February 22  -  Returns Saturday, February 29, 2020

(Sign-Up for Cruise Only or Cruise + Golf)

See the above flyer for the ASGA 2020 Golf Cruise and EMAIL Sue Eliasberg --  to let her know which type of cabin you want and if you have a roommate and if you are interested in the details for the Free Airfare Promotion that is available now - which is a great option for people planning to fly to Florida.
NOTE: If you are reading this after the October 18th deadline for final payment -- you can still call Sue - and she will let you know the options available and help you get the best value available to join us.
Current Promotions - Sign-Up As Early as Possible!  As you will see, Norwegian Cruise Line has some great promotions right now, and we didn't want to miss out on the extra value with the savings + benefits -- As you will see on the flyer -- a Balcony is $1373.63 (per person based on double occupancy) including taxes + fees and we have 4 Promotions including The Premium Beverage Package, which is valued at $99 per person per day + a 20%gratuity, which is a value of more than $830 per person --- with Norwegian Cruise Line you do pay the gratuity on the Beverage Package, which is $19.80 per day (less than $20 per day) plus there is a $50 per Port Shore Excursion Credit per Stateroom (and we can use it to help pay for the Golf in Honduras) plus there is a 3-Meal Specialty Dining Package, which is valued at $99 + a 20% gratuity ($19.80) -- --- with Norwegian Cruise Line you do pay the gratuity on the Specialty Dining Package, which is $19.80 (less than $7 per meal) plus Free Internet Package (250 minutes) -- which is another extra $100 of value plus an extra $100 Onboard Credit per Stateroom.. (see the attached flyer for additional details)
Note: Norwegian has some promotions that don’t combine with any of the promotions, and you are missing out on the extra promotions (valued at over $1000).  So, we have put together promotions to help you get the best value -- and we can customize the options for you.
Plan to Arrive a Day Early in case there is some sort of airline or traffic delay and then we will plan to have dinner together on Friday, February 21st around 7pm, which will be at your own expense. If you are flying into Florida, when you plan your flight home at the end of the cruise, remember to plan a flight AFTER 12 noon. If you decide to stay in Florida for an extra day or two or more after the cruise, you can plan a flight at whatever time is good for you. Remember, on February 22nd, we want to be at the ship 3-4 hours before sailing.

Cabins: We have a number of cabins for our group, so we can all be together.  We selected the Balcony Cabins, which we think most people will enjoy, since you have a cabin with a sliding glass door and balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and the Mini-Suites, which are like the Balcony Cabins and have more space for 2 people sharing a room at a great value.  If you are interested in a Single Studio Cabin or the Free Airfare Promotion or another cabin category or promotion, contact Sue Eliasberg, your personal cruise consultant, at (800) 377 9383 ext. 237 and she can review all of the details and options with you.  You can call 7 days a week at anytime and reach Sue or her voicemail and she will get back to you.  Make sure to leave your phone number for her, so she can help you plan the perfect cruise for you.

Cabins can be set up with (2) Separate Beds or (1) Queen Size Bed.  If you know who your roommate will be you can indicate that in the e-mail, or you can write that you want to have a roommate.  If you want a room by yourself, the Cabin cost will be higher than the per person rate for double occupancy, as noted on the flyer -- or if you want a Single Studio, those options are available on this ship.   Another option -- is that you can book your Cabin as single occupancy now -- and then add a second person later if you have someone you want to share the cabin with you.

We have been working with Norwegian Cruise Line to get a great value for our group.  Sue Eliasberg works with The Cruise Web, and they are one of the oldest and largest cruise companies and they have a Top Account with all the cruise lines, which means they get the best rates.  The cruise lines also come into their office and Sue is working with Norwegian Cruise Line to help our Group. Sue is also a long time member of the Washington, DC chapter of ASGA!

Sue also mentions the following:

1. There are a range of different promotions we can use.  One promotion right now, even includes Free Airfare.  I know not everyone needs airfare -- so the Free Airfare maybe a good promotion to some people -- and the other promotion we have with a good rate and extra benefits may be a better value to others and then there are some other promotions, Sue can offer depending on what people need.  So, we have created a flyer that outlines a suggested package with pricing and benefits, and it says other options are available.

2. Because there are different promotions -- we are setting it up for people to email Sue (or call 1-800-377-9383 x 237) to let her know what they want or to ask about the different promotions to see which option is the best value - based on the cabin chosen and if the air promotion is something you can use.
3. Golf. Sue is still getting everything set for the golf and looking at playing Honduras Golf. She will be able to reserve it in advance and then they you can pay for it on your onboard account so you have more time until you need to pay for the golf.  Updates on Cozumel Golf as soon as we have it.
Sue looks forward to helping everyone get set and get a great value for our ASGA 2020 Golf Cruise.  As always, she looks forward to talking to you to be sure we have everything set the way you want it.

Optional Hotel - Day before Departure

We recommend coming into Miami a day earlier just in case there are any issues encountered.

Details on which hotel we have selected will be posted here soon. Arriving in Miami a day before the sailing (Friday, February 21st) is highly recommended.

We will also have a group dinner at a local restaurant on Friday night (February 21st), the night before our sailing, as an option as well. Details to follow as we get closer to the sailing.

Getting To Norwegian Cruise Line Departure Area

Plan to arrive a day ahead (Friday, February 21st). Airfare is NOT INCLUDED but right now (10/11/19) there is a promotion with Norwegian that includes FREE AIRFARE from gateway cities all across the country, so talk to Sue Eliasberg to get the details if you plan to fly to Florida.

NOTE: If you are flying on your own, you'll want to fly to Miami International Airport (MIA) since the siip is sailing from Miami, Florida. You can also fly to Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) which is 30 miles away from Miami.

If you choose to meet us at the ship, you'll want to be there 3-4 hours before sailing so that will be 12 noon on Saturday, February 22nd.
