The LA/OC Chapter of ASGA plays golf as a group twice a month, but many of us play golf together much more often than that. I for one play golf with someone from our group at least 8 to 10 times a month. But our group events are the most fun, especially for those who stay around for the dinners after golf. If you are a new member and have not yet played with ASGA LA/OC, or you have not been out with us lately, please join us for one of our upcoming rounds at one of the great courses we have planned. Just email me and I will put you on the list to play.
October we played Coyote Hills in Fullerton on Saturday October 13.
We had 12 golfers committed to play, but the first rain in a year
scared a few off. Despite the threats of rain, 10 of us had a great
time at Coyote Hills and some of us were even able to play a pretty
darn good round of golf. The $80 rate makes Coyote Hills one of my
favorite events. After dinner, most of us moved down the road to
Fullerton for great food and sports at Stubrik’s Steakhouse. We are
working to set up this event again for next year.
