3.       All correspondence, documents, emails, rosters, registrations, contracts (written or verbal), membership information, bank statements pertaining to the Orlando Chapter, etc., are the sole property of the Orlando ASGA Board of Directors and not any individual. Such material shall be turned over to ASGA Board of Directors when there is a Board position change.

4.       Any member in good standing with an established handicap is allowed to play in any golf event including the Club Championship.

5.       Electronic voting (E-VOTE) is acceptable to the chapter.

ADDITIONAL POLICY IMPLEMENTED OCTOBER 20, 2015

6.    Elections and Officer Terms.  Every effort will be made to solicit ASGA Orlando members for officer

nominations each year (President and Communication, Golf, Membership and Social Chairs).  In the event
an existing officer’s two-year term limit is expiring, but no viable candidate is nominated to replace that
officer, the Board of Directors may authorize that officer to continue in that position and proceed with
seeking an assistant from the membership to train and assist in that capacity.
