January 11, 2012 - CRUISE UPDATE - We have posted a web page detailing golf activities for the pre-cruise round, cruise rounds and post-cruise rounds at www.SinglesGolf.com/CruiseGolf

We did not push for a $100 deposit late last year, however, payment in full is required right away for all courses.  See the "Cruise Golf" website for details.

September 25, 2011 - CRUISE UPDATE  (any updates after this date will be shown in green)

October 7, 2011 - - Over 60 people have placed their $250.00 deposits for this cruise.  There is still room for more members to join us on this cruise (even though some material may have stated a September 30 deadline).  So check out the details on this website, get with a friend if you'd like to share a cabin and submit your registration today.

Over 200 members of the American Singles Golf Association (ASGA) have shown their interest in taking a cruise with fellow members.   ASGA member, Sue Eliasberg of our DC chapter, works with Cruise Web, Inc. out of Landover, MD.  Sue's been a member of ASGA for a number of years and knows your hearts' desire when it comes to cruising!  After much review and deliberation, we've selected the Celebrity Eclipse as our cruise ship.

DATES:  The Celebrity Eclipse departs Miami on February 25, 2012 and returns to Miami on March 3rd

ITINERARY:  A two-page flyer has been created which, if you wish to come along, you must complete the second page and get it back to Sue right away.  Go to http://www.SinglesGolf.com/CruiseFlyer

Many items have not been placed on the itinerary at this point, such as our own pre-boarding check-in area set-up at the cruise ship terminal, a welcome reception (meet 'n greet) and other activities we'll do as a group.  We're looking to have some great fun and have many opportunties to meet other members.

GOLF:  Two rounds of golf will be offered as OPTIONAL activities so you're not required to play golf on this cruise.  The two courses we'll play are the Cuisinart Golf Resort & Spa, a Greg Norman layout located in Anguilla (Feb. 28), and the Royal St. Kitts Golf Course in St. Kitts (Feb. 29).  If you sign-up for this cruise, you'll need to pay for golf the same day.

PRE- AND POST-CRUISE GOLF:  We'll be in Miami so we'll have two (2) additional OPTIONAL rounds of golf.  Go to www.SinglesGolf.com/CruiseGolf for details.

ROOM TYPES:  Best prices for this cruise start with interior state rooms and go up from there.  Details are on the flyer.

ROOMMATES:  You can save money by rooming with another ASGA member.  If you don't have a roommate, just let Sue know you're wanting one and she will pair you with a same-sex roommate.  Once roommates have been assigned, they cannot be changed once they've been given to the cruise line.  So it's best if you "bring along a roommate" if you want to cut your overall costs.  Note:  we cannot guarantee that we'll get a roommate for everyone.  In addition, please read our "Roommate Policy" here.

GRATUITIES:  These are not included in the pricing shown on the flyer.  The cruise line adds gratuities at a flat rate and you'll enjoy some great service without having to worry about tipping while on the ship.

TO GET THE BEST DEAL . . . YOUR DEPOSIT IS REQUIRD BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2011 or full payment is due NOW if you have not signed-up yet.  Your payment will be made payable to The Cruise Web, Inc. per the registration form.

You will need a passport to go on this cruise.  If you don't have one or need to renew yours, click here.

For more information, contact Sue Eliasberg at susane@cruiseweb.com

Click here to register.   Don't delay . . . get your best deal right away!

You must be an ASGA member at the time of the cruise.  To join or renew your dues, go to www.SinglesGolf.com/join   Also, please be aware of ASGA's standard terms and conditions

See you on the cruise!
