| Tom founded ASGA in 1996, four years after co-founding the Charlotte Singles Golf Association. He has two daughters, Carrie and Christie, both happily married, and enjoys quiet evenings playing classical and new age piano. In business, he’s worked in printing and publishing, paper distribution as well as a more recent venture into high performance paints. For civic work, Tom was awarded The Order of the Long Leaf Pine by Governor James Hunt, the highest civilian honor that can be granted to a civilian in the state of North Carolina. His dream with ASGA is to see it grow as a national organization with 300 chapters in 300 cities. |
